Dr Labbeke beëindigt zijn praktijkvoering op zondag 30 juni 2024

U mag hierover vragen stellen tijdens de raadpleging, of de secretaresse of verpleegkundige hierover aanspreken.

Elke patiënt zal een nieuwe dokter moeten zoeken. Best de dokter aanspreken die het dichtst bij u woont.
Laat weten aan het secretariaat welke dokter u verder raadpleegt, wij sturen uw dossier meteen digitaal door.

Wij zijn u allen zeer dankbaar dat we vele jaren voor u zorg konden verlenen.

Every patient will have to find a new doctor. It is best to contact the doctor who lives closest to you.
